Lifetime Windshield Warranty

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied and comfortable with our quality of workmanship and customer service. Call us immediately, and we will work towards resolving issues or concerns. For the lifetime of any windshield that Venom Glass LLC installs, we cover the following, whether it happens the next day or years down the road. If it is the same piece of glass and the issue can be traced back to the removal and install, we will fix it.

Our lifetime windshield warranty covers the following:

- Warranty against water leaks or air noises

- Warranty against any manufacturer's defects

- Warranty against molding retention

Rock Chips:

After we have installed a windshield, we do the next 4 chip repairs for free. We want to try and keep that installed windshield in a bit longer if we can. After the 4th repair, then the customer will need another windshield removal and installation. If you get a rock chip and we cannot get to you right away, avoid going through the car wash and leave at least one window vented. This helps to prolong that rock chip from spreading and causing us to replace the windshield. We however cannot guarantee that a rock chip will not spread during the repair process due to how it needs to be performed, but we will do our best and be as cautious as possible.
