Living in Arizona, it is not uncommon for the windshield to chip or crack due to rocks, potholes, sand storms or excessive heat! We can just sum it up with Arizona's environment in general. Arizona accounts for 10% of the United States auto glass claims and is statistically the worst state in the nation for glass damage.

This picture on the right however, was not caused by any of those specific categories. This happened at our local car wash, as we were pulling into it, we noticed this gentleman pulled off to the side absolutely confused. This here happened for 2 reasons; the previous removal and installation was done incorrectly and the roller brush was faulty. As the roller brush was coming down on the windshield, the windshield top and sides had become detached from the body. Which resulted in the roller brush not sensing resistance and just continued to pummel this gentleman's truck. Because the glass was never prepped and primed properly, the adhesive never bonded to the glass and came right off the body of the truck. That is strictly the outcome of corners that were cut and procedures that had not been followed.
